| Well today is my birthday. I have had a wonderful birthday thus far. My Papa and Mama sent me 2 dozen roses. They were filled with beautiful reds, oranges, pinks, yellows and whites. One of my dreams since I was little was to be sent flowers on a special day. My eldest brother woke me up on his day off and took me to Wrightsville beach and let me see my first sunrise. Then Michael took to breakfast. All in all it was a good day. A couple of people forgot ,but it was to be expected. I hope you all are having a good day!! | | |
| Hey everyone I suppose I have some exciting news I got my permit! I am really tired right now ,but I have been discovering that God speaks to us the most when we are weak .I don't know about you ,but when I'm tired I become very weak .Not just physically ,but mentally and emotionally. God has been really working on me lately. I'm reading a book by Elizabeth George called Loving God with all your Mind. I am discovering that there are lies that I have told myself for so long that I really believe them! I DAILY have to give my ming over to the Lord. He will protect me from my worst enemy.........myself. | | |
| This morning I was reading in my devotions about TRUTH. How many times do we tell ourselves things that aren't true? I know I do....constantly. Girls struggle with self image because of the"un-truths" they tell themselves. Guys hide behind a mask called an ego and pride so they don't show there true feelings. Why do we as christians let satan in and work on our minds instead of just letting God's words breathe through us. Look at it as breathing. When you exhale you release all the toxins out of your body ,but when you inhale you capture life and hold onto it for when you are about to need it. I am going to commit myself to only thinking true thoughts. Focus on what God has given me rather than the truth that has been stolen from me. I love you all sorry for the rambles! | | |

Please pray our air conditioner has gone out for the second time this summer. It is not bad ,but it is hot. So I have finally gone swimming in my pool. I suppose it is not all bad. I hope everyone is doing great. love yas!!

| Wow I have not been here in a long time.
Do you ever feel stuck? Like you are not quite sure who you are and what you are here for? I'm really confused as to who I'm supposed to be. I'm 15 I'll be 16 October 25th I don't really know what I'm doing with my life. One of my really good friend is leaving for college this month and she is so special ,but I seem to always have friends who are older. Am I strange? Am I good for anything? All I want is to be a special person that stands out in every crowd! My life really is such a vapor! Who have I impacted for Christ? Zilch none notta!!!!
